Ashwin Julka

Ashwin Julka leads a team of more than 275 members including 115+ attorneys. With nearly three decades of legal experience, his expertise ranges across the full spectrum of intellectual property. Mr. Julka is actively involved in several international IP organizations including INTA (International Trademarks Association), APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association), AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), FICPI (International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys) and PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group). Also, he frequently lectures in India and overseas, aiming to keep the Firm’s more than 8000 clients spread across the globe abreast of their IP interests at all times. Several articles on diverse themes too may be credited to him, and his is a well-known name on the IP circuit. In recognition of his contributions, he has received several awards and accolades over the years.
