The group of lawyers hails from local Swiss firm Froriep and is headed to Baker & McKenzie’s office in Zurich. Among them are corporate and M&A partners Beat Barthold and Pascal Richard, banking and finance partner Ansgar Schott, antitrust partner Boris Wenger and intellectual property and IT partner Alessandro Celli.

Building strength
