His practice focuses on cross border transactions, licensing, joint ventures, takeovers, corporate restructuring, data protection, corporate law, commercial law, mediation and arbitration (is a mediator on the ‘Mediation and Conciliation Panel’ appointed by the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs), competition law and advertising laws.
