Grace is an associate in McCarthy Tétrault’s Vancouver and Calgary offices. Her practice spans general corporate/commercial, financial services, class action and public law disputes. Grace also regularly helps clients achieve their objectives and resolve complex legal issues, providing strategic and regulatory guidance to retail, consumer product and technology companies. She also assists clients with privacy-related matters, including freedom of information requests as well as responses to cybersecurity incidents – including data breaches and ransomware attacks. Grace is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada) (CIPP/C).
