PhD in Law and degree in Law by the University of Valladolid (1995), Attorney at Law admitted in Madrid Bar since 1997 and Spanish Patent and Trademark Agent as well since 2003. Ignacio has been Adjunct professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005), and is professor of Civil Law nowadays at the University of Comillas (ICADE). Ignacio has an extensive experience in Intellectual Property Law, especially in prosecution and litigation matters in Patent and Trademark Law, and also in Copyright (contractual and litigation) where he has valuable knowledge and practice.
