Kate Lan is a senior practitioner based in the Singapore office of Carey Olsen. She is qualified to practise in the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, England & Wales and Singapore. Kate specialises in offshore litigation, restructuring and insolvency, arbitration and international dispute resolution. She has acted for and advised State entities, financial institutions, funds, multinational corporations, private companies as well as high net worth individuals on a broad spectrum of litigation and arbitration disputes. In addition to her work as a practitioner, Kate has also co-authored several leading publications on arbitration.
