Two leading Israeli law firms have merged. Shibolet & Co and Raved Magriso Benkel & Co join forces to form a top five law firm. Shibolet & Co is one of the largest law firms in Israel for cross-border transactions and specialises in high tech & venture capital, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, energy and infrastructure and project finance. The firm was set up in 1973. Founded in 1990, Raved, Magriso, Benkel & Co is a leading firm for commercial law, litigation, real-estate and hi-tech.
