Lorne M. Lipkus is a founding partner at Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP, practising IP litigation focusing on all aspects of anti-counterfeiting enforcement, throughout Canada, including border enforcement, conducting anti-counterfeiting training sessions, conferences, workshops and lectures and is widely quoted by numerous media outlets on anti-counterfeiting matters. Mr Lipkus sits on the Steering Committee of the Canadian Anti-counterfeiting Network (CACN) (a past Chair), is a member of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition (IACC), the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), INTA (as a member of the Anti-counterfeiting Committee), the Central Ontario Crime Prevention Association, Canadian Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario, among others.
