Melissa J. Tarsitano is an associate at Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting practice, including assisting in trademark matters, litigation, border enforcement, domain name disputes, cybersquatting, and online and offline investigations and enforcement. She is the Chair of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s (IPIC) Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and a regular contributor to the IPIC Unscripted Blog, as well as an active member of IPIC’s Women in IP Community and the INTA Famous and Well- Known Marks Committee. Ms. Tarsitano is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
