Philip Catania is a partner in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and practises extensively in data privacy and commercial intellectual property law. Phil is a contributing author to the “Fairness and Non-Discrimination” chapter in Responsible AI – A Global Policy Framework, a book by the International Technology Law Association and the Australian local representative of the International Technology Law Association and a Data Protection Committee member of iTechLaw. He teaches “Commercial Data Law” at the University of Melbourne Law School.
