Sean Gallagher is an associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, based in Vancouver. He practises in the area of commercial litigation. Sean graduated from Western University with his J.D. in 2019 and from the University of British Columbia with his B.A. in 2016. Sean’s commercial litigation experience includes acting as counsel in proceedings before all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Federal Court of Appeal. He has experience advising clients in shareholder disputes, transactional litigation, fraud recovery, appeals, and contractual and tort disputes. Outside of his practice, Sean sits as a director of the Vancouver Bar Association.
