Dr. Sonja Dürager LL.M. (IT-Law), is attorney-at-law and partner at bpv Hügel Rechtsanwälte GmbH, Vienna /Salzburg, since 2004, where she has headed the IT/IP/data protection team since 2007. Her work focuses on representation before courts and authorities in all matters of IT-law, intellectual property and data protection, as well as on advising on the drafting of contracts with a focus on copyright/IT.
